Thanks to their eco-label, customers and consumers can identify products from sustainably managed forests. PEFC is a global organization covering national certification systems, which are set up with the participation of all stakeholders and adapted to national priorities and conditions. Each national forest certification system is subject to a rigorous international assessment by an independent assessor who verifies the system's compliance with PEFC requirements to ensure consistency with international requirements.
